Running is not my best skill due to my knee problem, but I wanted to participate in a race ( no a marathon hehe), and the truth is it has not gone so badly! I consider myself more than satisfied and I have really enjoyed running through Barcelona on Diagonal Avenue completely free of cars, scooters and pollution!!! Thanks to my friends Gildo & Crís for sharing this experience with me and for the nice “after running” walking to the beach. Today has been another beautiful day! ENG: You can go to the gym , have water , take vitamins, but if you don’t take care about what is going on in your heart ❣, you won’t never be “healthy”. And if you practice yoga with your partner, friend or a relative ???🧘♀️🧘♂️ The purpose of partner is to deepen and expand your yoga practice ( in more ways than one!) Partner yoga poses work mainly by adding resistance. Your muscles can relax and stretch while your partner’s resistance help your limb stay in the pose. Because of your partner’s help, you’ll be able to try new poses and find deeper expressions of familiar poses. You’ll challenge yourself physically and emotionally by putting your body in another person’s hands. Working together leads to bonding and tests your ability to trust.
