Here are 3 reasons why your weight should be 60% on your back foot.
Here we also still have work to get this heel on the ground when she throws the left hand. We working on it🙌

1. The raw foot creates the power in your “goodnight hand” the cross

2. If you lean forward you become prone to uppercuts

3. To keep the weight on the back foot it’s easier for you to defend attacks of your opponent.

My experience is that you always come across a resistance zone. The question is, how do you deal with it?

I know I'm going to punch my way through the zone. Is it uncomfortable? YES! Are you getting hit? YES! Does it hurt? YES! But I also know that after this phase I will be on the next level 📈!

I can't do that - It's too hard - I'm afraid - I don’t like it... We have all been in this place, right?

This is the inner voice that talks to us and holds us in a comfortable situation and this holds us back from growing and reaching our full potential.

The human brain is not made to make us happy it's made to keep us safe, but this is an old mechanism.

Our reptile brain puts us in a state of fear when we face an unknown situation when we going to try something for the first time or we have to close a huge new client for example.

When I was confronted that my business went south and was losing a lot of clients an existential fear troped in and destroyed my sleep and daily life.

But here is the thing. If you are grateful in those moments and show gratitude you can’t be afraid anymore.
If we want to be successful in any part of our life, in sport, or if we want to grow our own business, we need to act BECAUSE we are afraid and be grateful for the chance for growth.

We have to take ourselves in uncomfortable situations to reach the next LEVEL of ourselves.

It’s time to LEVEL UP with !!

Why do we train so hard...?

.. Because it will influence in every part of our lives. If we can give 100% in our training, we know that we can recreate this behavior in every part of our lives.

Every success we develop (it doesn't matter how small that success is) will bring us, step by step closer to the person we want to be.
