Finally my blog is back! My site has been down for the last couple of weeks. Now its back and I can finally put in all the recipes I've been wanting to share with you :D

I will emphasise for now on anti-inflammatory recipes as all diseases originate from chronic inflammation. (even genetic ones!). I will also put in light and easy recipes as summer is here, or around the corner for those in the Northern Hemisphere.

I will also put in Japanese recipes and their health benefits. I am working closely with a Japanese friend who is a self-educated chef and does super easy kids-friendly recipies. We used to live next to each other and my daughter loved her food so much! As they are both healthy and easy I decided to include them on my page - under sensory (my kids recipes easy on the senses). You can read all about that on my page too (the importance of making food attractive for kids - sensory wise.

Did you know that essential oils can aliviate headaches?

Oils to treat headaches and migraines: Peppermint, Lavender, Ylang-Ylang, Rosemary, German Chamomile

Simple application: blend the oils together in a roller bottle or a dropper bottle. Massage 4 drops on forehead and temples.

Hi health concerned friends!

I have decided to switch all my blogs and recipes into English due to demand! 🥳

I have kept it in Icelandic as I saw a gap in the market there - meaning lack of information on alternative medicine. Though I am switching my social media channels to English I keep giving consultation in Icelandic (and Swedish, German and Spanish)

I belief / hope this won't affect anyone negatively as most Icelanders understand English anyway.
