ANNOUNCEMENT 📣
Something I’ve been thinking about for a little while now… I’ve decided to take the next step and level up my business & enter the online personal training space
With touching 2 years experience in 1-2-1 coaching, I feel I am ready now to help more and more people online, alongside my current 1-2-1 clients.
With my undergrad degree in sports and exercise science, and my masters degree in nutrition, I feel I am perfectly placed to help so many of you achieve your goals and targets, both physically and mentally.
I am so excited to take this step, and I cannot wait to start helping more & more of you guys.

I’m always watching 👀 (with a coffee in my hand of course ☕️)
No but seriously, this is what I hit home to all my clients, if you want results that last you a life time, you have to be prepared to put in the work for a significant period of time.
Solid, healthy foundations aren’t built in a few weeks, they’re built over months of consistency and dedication.
The habits you build over time, are going to ensure that these results you gain over time, will last you a lifetime.
