Huge congrats to Ryan Crookham on his transfer to University of Iowa wrestling program.
Through adversity, Ryan has continued to show resilience, discipline, and belief in the bigger picture. That kind of mentality is what separates good from great.
New environment. New challenges. Same mission. 🏆
Wishing him nothing but the best as he continues to chase greatness. 👊

This weekend wrapped up an unforgettable wrestling season! 👌 We're beyond proud of our champions and medalists who battled in the arena. Special shoutout to our athletes' parents, professionals, and coaches - it takes a village! To our wrestlers, embracing the journey is what made the results so rewarding. We're honored to have such role models for our younger athletes.

Maximize your rotational mechanics using some of these cues/tips.
The foam roller can be a great tool to help you target specific tender areas for a more effective self-myofascial release.
Use a normal foam roller to scan for tender areas. Then, use a softball or lacrosse ball to pinpoint release. 10-15 deep breaths on those spots.
This will enhance your muscular health by breaking up tight muscles and improving blood flow through that tissue.
Disclaimer: If you think you are injured, seek help from a doctor first. Pinpoint release on an injured muscle could agitate and cause pain.
Training POV~ 18” Depth drop-over hurdle to broad jump
This variation is a go-to for improving explosive power and ground contact efficiency.
Plyometric rebounds tap into the stretch-shortening cycle of muscles and tendons to generate maximum force.
What sets plyo rebounds apart is the focus on brief ground contact, training the body to respond like a tightly wound spring.
We love broad jumps for their ability to develop hip extension potential.
For this exercise specifically, we prescribe 3 sets of 3 reps with the focus on being quick off of the ground and pushing for max distance on the broad jumps.
Always stay ready.
