Today I started my own b***y build programme, can already feel it in my bum & legs 😭

Been a while since my last post .. but had a good excuse because I turned 40 & celebrated .. a lot 🤣

Back to business now & just letting you all know my ‘b***y build with gill’ is now live on insta 🍑

It’s 4 week plan with 2 sessions per week & 7 exercises per session 💪🏻
⠀
You have access to the page for 12 weeks which means you can repeat the plan 3 times each time increasing the weight to see maximum results 🙌🏻 it’s just £30 or €35 (if in 🇪🇸) which is less than the cost of one of my PT sessions 😭 DM me for payment details & more info

So yesterday I started filming my b***y builder plan .. so you guys can join the fun 🤪

I’ll be setting up a private insta for members only who will have access to the page which will be a 4 week gym workout (2 sessions a week, 4 weeks, 7 workouts per session 🙌🏻)

With the help of .glowupgram Ill be filming each session to show you what & how you perform each exercise .. I’m so excited & can’t wait to show you all 💪🏻
