“Healing is a lifelong journey.”
Yeah… but some of you turned it into a permanent address.
Here’s the trap with that belief:
→ you stay stuck in “fixing” mode
→ you postpone living until you’re “ready”
→ you use healing as an identity instead of a tool
Yes, healing is ongoing. Growth never stops.
But if you’re spending your whole life in the waiting room, when are you actually going to live?
At some point you have to close the journal, step out of the ceremony, and apply the damn lessons.
Healing isn’t meant to keep you on pause.
It’s meant to free you to press play.
So yes, healing is lifelong—
but your life isn’t meant to be one long therapy session.

“You attract what you are.”
Sounds empowering. Until it makes you blame yourself for every sh*tty thing that’s ever happened.
Here’s the problem with taking this belief literally:
→ you shame yourself when people treat you badly
→ you think their behavior is proof of your worth
→ you forget the role of boundaries and standards
Yes, energy attracts. But it’s not always about who you are.
It’s also about what you tolerate.
What you allow.
What you actually feel safe to hold.
The truth?
You don’t just attract what you are.
You attract what you believe you deserve.
Raise your standards and watch how fast your life changes.

This one’s for the ones who can laugh at themselves 😂
Because let’s be honest — we’ve all been here. Quoting the Universe instead of owning our stuff. Manifesting but forgetting the action part. Pretending “love and light” fixes everything.
The truth? Bypassing is part of the path. We all dip into it, sometimes even now. The key is being able to catch ourselves and grow out of it (without losing our sense of humor).
💬 Which one of these habits makes you laugh the hardest — because you’ve done it?

Level 31 and I’m finally feeling closer to an “adult” - something I’ve always craved. I always wanted to grow up faster than my age - ever since 13, and now I feel myself stepping into a woman - finally. What I always wanted to feel is sort of here.
Funny, cause most people don’t want to grow up.
But this whole past few years exiting the 20s and entering the 30s have been insaanne!
And at the same time I’m realising I’m no different. It’s like this for most people. It’s just I verbalise it and speak my mind. Every decade is a new ballgame isn’t it? And I’m only just discovering it cause I’ve never been this conscious and aware.
Pmdd, adhd, AuDhd,
My mental health has never been this bad 😳 closing to 4 years sober!
My skin has never been this bad. My posture. My everything. It feels like an almost health rock bottom. GREAT. Means the only way is back up.
The paradox of gratitude of knowing all this now, so early on, yet feeling I’m behind - as usual.
I’m a walking paradox. And I wouldn’t have it any other way.
Happy level 31. 3 decades on earth sounds ever so long already. But I’m going to make a conscious attempt to stop wanting to reach the end of it, and just embrace this time here. It won’t last anyways, so might as well enjoy it. I have no idea how things got so dark and depressive in my mind though.
Either ways. Here’s to another year around the sun.

“Good things come to those who wait.”
Cute line. Believed it for yeaaaars.
But let’s be real—most of you aren’t waiting. You’re stalling.
You call it patience, but it’s actually:
→ sitting in limbo
→ watching opportunities pass by
→ telling yourself “it’s just not the right time”
Here’s the truth: patience is powerful.
But patience without movement? That’s just procrastination dressed up in spiritual drag.
The people who actually get what they want aren’t just waiting.
They’re moving while they wait.
They’re in the hallway, already knocking on doors when the right one opens.
So yes, good things come to those who wait.
But the greatest things come to those who move while waiting.

Old souls aren’t mysterious beings floating through life. They’re the ones who feel like they’ve “been here before” while doing the dishes. The ones who value silence over small talk. The ones who care more about legacy than likes.
They don’t rush. They don’t perform. They age backwards because they stopped playing the world’s games.
An old soul doesn’t try to be wise. They just are.
aaanndd they've been through 29492 lifetimes and are tired of this planet, but hey this is most likely their last incarnation anyways.
💬 Do you recognize yourself in this list?

Quotes aren’t enough. Affirmations aren’t enough. But. Mixed in with everything else, they can help and create a compounding effect.
The biggest mindset hack for me is when things are tough and sticky - I tell myself this is happening FOR me. Not TO me. For what? For my growth. To forge my character. For my spiritual evolution.
You choose. glass half empty or half full 🩵

Im turning 31 in 5 days and the past 30th year on Earth has been one of the toughest so far. And God knows I’ve been through tough times.
1/12: got dumped 2 days after my 30th, via text, whilst I was at a Tony Robbins event in Fiji (best location to get dumped though)
2/12: got an Airbnb for 3 months in marbella to recover, figure out next steps. Decided to go to India to do a YTT but little did I know …
3/13: got involved with someone significantly older than me and that triggered me into putting my foot down to the daddy issues. Enough. Went to a retreat for NYE, changed my life - the older daddy vibes thing was finally released.
2025 -
4/12: met my partner
5/12: moved into his place instead of going to India
6/12: got serious with my business - made 29585 pivots again but started seeing results and getting new clients
7/12: met the most amazing mentor and started a new journey with her - she helped me heal many money blocks I had .inc
8/12: met some amazing souls in Spain that really impacted my life .seedz
9/12: celebrated mums 70th in Singapore and also finally healed that wound
10/12: left Spain and decided to stay in France for the summer
11/12: frankly speaking was the worst summer of my life - but as usual, with a lot of growth
12/12: relocated to Cyprus, got a job, been uncovering a lot of new things about my personality and health
• some labels: PMDD, AuDhd, covert narc
• too much caffeine
• a lot of tears
• a lot of financial insecurity
• going back to AA
frankly speaking I’ve spent more time feeling down this whole 30th chapter… looking back; mental health was a major major topic.
I’m curious what 31 has in store for me. I’m not particularly excited. Enthralled. Gushing with joy. I feel quite numb to be honest. This year took a major toll on me. Of course I see the positives but for some reason focusing on them seems harder than ever.
to new beginnings either way 🥂 (4 years sober next month also, that’s a huge win and will be celebrated)
I hope your 30th year was/is better 💓

"Everything happens for a reason.”
Comforting, right?
But here’s the trap: when you use it as your only strategy, it keeps you stuck.
Because yes, everything does have a reason.
But sometimes the reason… is you. YES YOU!
The hard truth? When you blindly lean on this belief:
→ you stop taking responsibility
→ you repeat cycles that could have ended years ago
→ you confuse fate with passivity
Life isn’t happening to you.
It’s happening through you. It's happening FOR you.
The reason doesn’t fall from the sky.
The reason is created when you decide:
“This ends with me. This turns into something new.”
Yes, everything happens for a reason.
But the power is in asking—
➡️ What reason am I going to create from this?

Healing is personal. Leading is a responsibility.
Reread that.
Anyone can heal in silence, but leaders heal out loud. They go first, they speak truth when it costs them, they turn scars into maps for others. They don’t sit on their wisdom — they embody it and pass it forward.
This isn’t about being “healed” enough. It’s about being brave enough. This isn't about ego, it's about using hardships to help others.
💬 Do you feel like you’re in a season of healing, or stepping into leading?

Soft Girl Era won’t make you wealthy. Hustle mode won’t make you happy. I wish I learned this earlier!
Both are extremes — and extremes always collapse.
The truth?
✨ The feminine is magnetism, flow, creativity.
✨ The masculine is structure, drive, clarity.
Both are sacred. Both are required.
Women in business are often taught they must choose:
Either burn themselves out trying to keep up with men,
Or fall into the illusion of being “taken care of” while avoiding responsibility.
But the key isn’t choosing. The key is BALANCE.
True success comes when you integrate both energies:
The feminine that receives. The masculine that builds.
Hustle leaves you exhausted.
Soft Girl Era leaves you dependent.
Balance makes you unstoppable.
💡 Save this post to remind yourself: You don’t have to choose sides. You get to embody both.
