We don’t always have an hour… but we do have 10 minutes.
Let this be your reminder: even a short, intentional movement session can shift your whole day.
This mini mat workout is here for those in-between moments — when you’re tired, short on time, or just need to feel your body again.
A little stretch. A little strength. A little twist. A gentle invitation to come back into your body and move the energy.
🌀 Take your time. Breathe with each rep. Repeat each movement 10x and let it become your own little ritual.
Here’s your sequence (swipe to see visuals if using slides):
1. Upper Spine Twist – Hips stay steady. Reach up. Engage your core.
2. Single Leg Lift on All Fours – Keep your spine long, extend with control.
3. Hip Circles – 5x each direction. Let the rest of the body stay still.
4. Kneeling Roll Down + Stretch – Mobilize your spine. Flow slowly.
5. Chest Lift with Tabletop Legs – Fire up your center, stay connected to breath.
6. Deep Core Activation – Lift one arm, then the other, then both.
7. Bridge with Ball Squeeze – Glutes on. Core on. Melt down slowly.
🔁 Repeat or stack for a longer session if you feel inspired — or simply let this be enough for today.

Coming from a ballet and academic dance background, it took me years to unlearn the strict, choreographed way of moving. While I still love the beauty of structured dance, I’ve found true freedom in movement that flows naturally, without constraints.
Now, I guide others in rediscovering their own movement, free from rules. A space to explore, play, and experience the body in a whole new way.

10-Minute Glutes & Legs Power-Up
Hey beautiful, I know you’re busy, but take just 10 minutes to reset, strengthen, and energize your body. This quick glutes and legs sequence will wake up your lower body, build strength, and leave you feeling more connected and supported.
Here’s what we’re working through:
1️⃣ Glutes stabilizer – Engage and activate for deep support.
2️⃣ Glutes rotation – Fire up those hips and outer glutes.
3️⃣ Leg stretch & bend – Create space and mobility.
4️⃣ Parallel leg lift – Strengthen and tone with control.
5️⃣ Glutes swing to front – Challenge stability and dynamic strength.
6️⃣ Glute drop – Feel the burn and build power.
7️⃣ Turned out leg lift – Sculpt and lengthen.
Movement doesn’t have to be complicated or time-consuming—it just has to be consistent. Even 10 minutes a day can make a difference in how you feel, move, and show up in your life. If you’re looking to build a sustainable daily movement routine, start small and make it enjoyable.

Let’s Talk About Online Movement Programs!
In 2022, I launched a 5-Week Online Program that offered both live classes and on-demand recordings so participants could practice at their convenience.
I offered three types of classes:
✔ Pilates Flow
✔ Yogalates
✔ Pilates Stretch
Each session was 1 hour long, and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive! Many participants appreciated the structure and flexibility, while also expressing a desire for shorter sessions (15, 20, or 30 minutes) to fit into busy schedules.
What’s Coming in 2025
This year, I am creating pre-recorded movement programs that will be available year-round on my website. You’ll be able to choose between a 6-month or 1-year access plan, allowing you to move with me anytime, anywhere!

Whether you’re 2-3 months post-birth, fully healed from a C-section or vaginal delivery, with a doctor’s thumbs-up, or if you’re a Mama who’s been navigating motherhood for 2, 5, or more years, this class is for you. It’s about honoring our bodies, strengthening our pelvic floors, and reclaiming our core and glute strength.

I am thrilled to be teaching a new weekly online live class tailored specifically for postnatal recovery.
Having certified in Pregnancy and Beyond BASI Pilates two years ago, I’ve been deeply passionate about guiding women through their journey of rebalancing and strengthening body and mind after childbirth.
