Weekly Schedule:

Mondays (09:00) – Strength training (Kettlebells or TRX)

Wednesdays (09:00) – Cardio sessions (HIITStep + Yoga)

Fridays (09:00) – Fitbox / Jump bootcamp / Circuits

A mix of strength, cardio, and mobility to keep you progressing every week.

Why are people soo ashamed of using "jabs" its still soo "taboo"

As a fitness instructor, I sit on the fence with my opinion but I've seen incredible results , when used correctly..

You cannot Jab and think thats it, you've still gotta work bloody hard at it..

Well done to you ladies AND the men at getting the weight off, its not easy ..

When did we get soo embaressed at trying to better ourselves. ?

thats the ultimate goal, to look better and feel better, why are we soo ashamed ?

What is BOOTCAMP ?

The true definition of bootcamp is a fancy name for outside training, military style, it was made famous a few years ago for athletes to train in unpredictable environments.
The army use it for strength and stamina, climbing, swimming, carrying things and basically throwing yourself at everything ..

My Bootcamps are not the same, I gave it the name as I want you to know, its not easy training but its fun, I have adhd and I have zero attention span, so training for me has to be creative and different, hence why my classes are never the same but always follow the same format.
Warm up, cardio training, either boxing, hiitstep, circuits, then some resistance training with either kettlebelles, body weight, Trx or dumbells.
Followed by yoga style stretching and relax ..

I teach about muscle groups, why they move like they do, for a better understanding of your body.
Bootcamps are for everyone, male/ female or whatever you present yourself as.

Hi everyone,

It’s been a very long time since I’ve posted on this page 🥲

For the past 3 years I’ve struggled with terrible menopause symptoms of anxiety/ depression and suicidal thoughts.
I take anti depressants/ anti -anxiety drugs and HRT they do help but it’s left me numb and lethargic.

We all feel great after training but it’s getting there that’s the problem.

So, I’d like to start bootcamps again with YOUR help 🙏

Who’s up for training ?

Classes will be of a beginner level but still challenging.

I cannot face another year feeling like s**t and I know some of you are silently struggling too, so let’s help each other out and fight back 🙏🥊
