Disconnect to Connect! 🌴🌊 Taking some quality time off with family in Arriege. Being connected to those you're closest to doesn't happen just because you're around each other. It's taking me some time to make this realization,feel it and make the change. Cherishing these moments and creating beautiful memories. 📸👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Unbelievable how modern medicine used to mock holistic principles for some time. Stuff for the coocoos. Now we now mind is body, body is mind, and you have to pay attention symptoms of anything as an integration of possible problems. They should make THAT part of our mandatory school curriculums, not all these subjects that once you graduate you will NEVER even think of again in your life... I wish we could day forward these debates. Get to the good stuff. Oh well

Just been feeling a bit exhausted with the conversations I hear from some people. Where there's always the "I'm a saint, the other is a piece of s**t..." "My opinion is reasonable and brilliant, the other is absurd and idiotic..." Every once in a while there is such a thing as a valid dualistic statement. But most of the time... Is more complicated and beautiful than that. Every being is a universe with it's own reason, insecurities and inclinations. But rarely evil.
