I love Mondays ❤️ Choosing to start my Monday classes a little later in the morning has been an absolute game changer for me..

I still arrive to the studio early - but get to plan the weeks classes calmly and deliberately.. experiencing and feeling the movement here on my own..

No rush, no anxiety, no pressure to get it all done fast and whizz into a frenetic week.. It changes everything and this feels better!

This present and peaceful initiation gives me more room to breathe and focus on my clients needs and reflect on where we are and where we are going.. Setting us all up for a beautiful week, and success - whatever that means for each of us on any given day.

I’m excited for another great week ahead and can’t wait for classes to begin..

How do you feel on a Monday morning? ❤️

Even if you are straight into your week at 100 miles an hour take a moment to breathe…… and get to a Pilates class 😉. It a game changer in itself 🥰

Happy New Year Everyone🥳💫! To mark the fresh New Year we took an extremely fresh dip in the Mediterranean sea this morning. It was freeeezing 🥶 but incredibly exhilarating and I felt eurphoric yet grounded for 2022! 💪Yes to that!

Cold water immersion, and the health benefits that come with it, are not new to me, and until a couple of years ago I stood under cold water for about 30 seconds every morning. It was a great way to start the day, and I felt so good for it.

But I stopped- I don’t know why I got out of the practice but today I was reminded how amazing it is, and will reintroduce it to my morning routine 💪.. I’ll let you know how I get on.

So here’s to a healthy, exhilarating and prosperous 2022 to you all. May all your dreams and intentions come true 💖❤️
