After working in Birmingham gyms in the late 90s, I decided seven years ago that I wanted to return to working in the gym again 🏋️‍♂️

Ibiza Gym energy!

This is my transformation journey so far. Just got back from a two week holiday in Spain, a tan definitely helps with the look and yes, I will smile on stage 😡😂 No alcohol for over a month, which is a big deal for me! I like beers! 🍻🍻😂 So much sacrifice goes into things like this! 7 weeks to go, stepped things up again today for the next preparation phase.

Tickets are available here £36. The day is not 10 hours long if you don't want to come along for all of it. The main part will be late afternoon/evening.
