The Gambella City Men's Basketball Team has been crowned champion of the 2018 E.C. (Ethiopian Calendar) 5th Round National Basketball Clubs Premier League tournament after defeating its Hawassa counterpart.

In the men's final match, the Gambella City Men's Basketball Team faced off against the Hawassa City Men's Basketball Team.

During the final match held on Sunday morning, Gambella City secured the championship title by defeating the Hawassa Men's Basketball Team with a wide margin of 72 to 60.

He was selected by the Nuer Zone administration to travel to Addis Ababa to pursue his professional coaching credentials. After completing a two-week intensive training program, Coach Tut successfully earned his CAF D License, officially making him a certified professional coach.
