The core mission of the Pasila Vikings Women’s Empowerment Club is simple yet powerful: to empower women through sports and cultural activities, creating space for confidence, leadership, and community growth.

From Cricket, Football, Badminton or any sports to cultural and creative activities, the possibilities are wide open. One of the newly elected board members for 2026 will take the initiative to lead and grow this club, shaping its direction together with our community.

A New Viking Joins the Family ❤️👶🏻🍼🛡️

We are overjoyed to introduce the newest and youngest member of the Pasila Vikings family, 🌼 Nihab Nabi 🌺, lovingly called our “Picchi Viking”. 🤩 He is the precious baby boy of our Cricket Club National Team Captain Mahbub Nabi Shakil and his wife.

By the grace of the Almighty, baby Nihab arrived into the world on 21st July 2025, bringing immense joy and pride to all of us.

This moment not only celebrates new life, but also reminds us of the incredible strength, support, and sacrifice within our Vikings family. On the day of one of our most crucial matches, the quarter-final of the Finn Bangla Cricket Tournament 2025, Mahbub's wife went into labour. Yet, with extraordinary courage and love, she encouraged her husband to play for the team. Her selfless support is a powerful reminder of the silent strength behind every Viking. We are deeply grateful. 🙏🏻

In Loving Memory 🕊️

While we celebrate a new beginning, our hearts also ache 😭 for the lives lost in the tragic plane crash in Bangladesh on 21st July, 2025 which took the lives of several young students from Milestone School and College.

We extend our deepest condolences to the grieving families. No words can truly ease such pain, but we pray the Almighty gives them strength, patience, and healing during this incredibly difficult time.

From joy to sorrow, from birth to loss, life shows us its full spectrum. But through it all, may we continue to hold each other close, with empathy, unity, and compassion.
