What an outstanding campaign by Pasila Vikings FC at the Finn-Bangla Football Tournament 2026 in Turku, Finland! ⚽
We proudly finished as Quarter-Finalists.
Quarter-Final:
Pasila Vikings FC 1 – 1 Oulun Arctic Tigers FC
Penalty Shootout (Round 1): 2–2 (still level)
Sudden Death Penalty Shootout: 0–1
We fought until the very end, but narrowly missed out on a place in the semi-finals.
A special mention goes to our Vice-Captain, Tanvir Ahmed, who suffered fractures to both shinbones (the tibia and fibula) early in the quarter-final match 🥴 and underwent successful surgery. He is currently recovering in hospital. Wishing him a speedy and full recovery. 💙 The entire team missed your presence throughout this crucial match.
