Happy October!
A nice swim in the beautiful ocean is the best way to start any month off right!
October energy is all about run training for me. 15 weeks of marathon training; building miles while taking care of my body. Teaching classes daily, getting the miles in & continuing strength training. Rest days, mobility work, stretching and muscle recovery is essential.

Make sure you are getting enough protein in your diet. As a pescatarian (seafood only) I really have to work to get enough. So, I’m sharing some helpful tips.
And, ladies, as we age we really need to make sure we are getting enough, especially to help with weight management.
