We've just received a lovely little message from our ARC Course Record holders Leopard by Finland wishing this years participants Bon Voyage:
Dear all ARC-participants,
Leopard by Finland crew would like to thank once more the whole ARC-organization for the great event and hospitality we had last year. Sailing in ARC 2014 was the experience of a life time for us. It was the first transatlantic run for most of us and a dream coming true from the childhood. Our target was to challenge the old record made by Caro in the year 2013. We succeeded to set a new record of 8days 14hours 39minutes.
We all have downloaded the YB Tracking app and will follow closely how boats are performing during their transatlantic run. There are many interesting yachts to follow.
We hope safe sailing and favorable winds for all sailors. Enjoy!
Best Regards
Samuli Leisti, behalf of Leopard by Finland
