Jari Tamski brings extensive hands-on experience in sports leadership, combined with strong expertise in business and public sector services. He has a comprehensive understanding of the daily operations and needs of sports clubs, teams, and athletes, gained through roles as a chairman, team manager, competition director, and event coordinator. His core strength lies in building effective partnerships, stakeholder networks, and genuine relationships, always putting people first. Today, Jari combines professional sports management, contract negotiations, and targeted sponsorship acquisition with high-quality sports and classical massage services. He is based in Tampere and has 16 years of experience in body and muscle maintenance.

Welcome to the team Markus Arsalo 🤝

Markus Arsalo is a footballer from Tampere, Finland, currently playing for AC Oulu in the Finnish Veikkausliiga . A midfielder known for his strong team-first mentality and ability to build play, Markus brings composure, responsibility and leadership to the pitch. ⚽️

His path to becoming a professional footballer has not been a straightforward one. Challenging experiences growing up, becoming independent at an early age, and balancing work with ambitious sporting goals have required resilience and taught him to take responsibility. Markus also speaks openly about the importance of empathy and being considerate of others.

Despite his young age, Markus has already taken on leadership roles within his teams, including serving as captain at SJK. For him, leadership is first and foremost about leading by example and letting actions speak.

Beyond football, Markus values people and the way we treat one another. The same applies to partnerships: he wants to work with brands and organisations that share his values and create collaborations that can have a meaningful impact beyond the football pitch.

Nooa competes in the ILCA 7 class, one of the most demanding Olympic sailing disciplines. A member of the Finnish Sailing Team since 2021, he is pursuing his long-term goal of competing at the Olympic Games.

Success at the highest level requires world-class training, international competition, and a strong support network. Nooa approaches his career with an entrepreneurial mindset, combining ambition, resilience, and long-term commitment both on and off the water. Alongside his sporting career, he is studying business at Hanken School of Economics.

As a multilingual athlete and confident public speaker, Nooa offers partners an authentic platform to communicate themes such as high performance, sustainability, education, and inspiring the next generation.

Welcome to the team Vilma Forsgrén 🙌🏻

Vilma Forsgren is a motorsport marketing and media professional with a background in competitive motocross. She works in sales and marketing within the motorsport industry while also coaching motocross athletes and contributing to media, communications, and content production.

A Finnish Women’s Cross Country Championship silver medallist in 2025, Vilma combines practical experience from racing with expertise in sports management, marketing, and athlete development. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Sport Coaching & Management and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Economics at the University of Jyväskylä.
