Last week for Storytel Suomi with Polhem Finland - the most joyful tablescapes! 🩷

Quality over quantity always. Well planned colour palette and varieties are the key, especially when creating super colourful tablescapes. It’s not just about the shape of the bloom and texture, movement of the stem counts just as much or even more.

Nature of Finnish archipelago with a touch of blooming spring - the wonderful vision of our beautiful bride and we simply fell in love with the task.
Surprises were encouraged and creative freedom given and the result was simply perfect. One for the books, this one. 💚

For J & M back in May 💚
(Part 1. - The Bridal)

This wedding kicked off our 2026 season and it was certainly one for the books. Loved every single moment from the initial vision from our bride, to the design process and to the build itself.
Some materials linger in my mind and wait for years to be used. This specific tree, I absolutely adore, was kind enough to bloom right on cue. Next week the flowers were gone.
I build each bridal in front of a mirror and always make sure they photograph well. It’s not a 15-minute job but a process that sometimes takes longer than expected. And yet, it’s one of the best parts of the whole build. (Swipe for some ’in the making’ videos)

Dear all, it’s been a minute since our last post here. Our existance is as strong as ever despite being present on social media. I do still want to share our work and love for all things floral here as well, though it will happen just as erratically as ever.
Starting with a few snippets of my summer: work stuff, touching all kinds of flowers, mushrooms and the most important event of all - my 40th birthday! I celebrated with a small group of friends and family who travelled literally hundreds of km to be there and I haven’t felt that much love and joy in a while. 🩷
My perfect floral lace trousers were created by a dear, talented friend Jenni Alava ALAVA Studio (with literally zero fittings in between!). If you’re in need of some made-to-measure, you’ll find her from Äkäslompolo. 💋
