Seppo Mäkinen, Finland, has more than 50 000 badges (pins) from 144 different countries. Collection hobby began 08/08/1994 at 8:00 am, when he found the Badge number 114 of the Russian Duma in front of a hotel in Moscow. The collection was accepted to the Guinness Book of Records, and it is still there. The collection includes numerous rarities, the oldest item is from 1912. Themes are:
