Capricaseven returns with a four-track EP exploring the depths of the human psyche through electronic beats and ways of story-telling.
Sober is an anthem celebrating everyone who is sober and has chosen to walk this hard but rewarding path for whatever reason. The narrator is feeling victorious in his quest to overcome addiction.
Maze tells the story of a man trapped in the maze of his own life. He feels like the days are fusing together in his pitiful, sad existence. He contemplates ending his own life, but finally finds hope in the track's beautiful melody and the act of telling his story to others.
Numb is another story about the sorrow of (a) man. He dreams of running from his troubles by partaking in drink and drugs like he used to. His sobriety is in danger. He feels he is going insane. He feels numb to the world, beaten down by the relentless grind of society.
On Death's Door is a terrible description of a perverse serial killer who hunts his victims with a horrifying conviction. He views his victims as mere flesh put on Earth to indulge his sadistic carnal desires.
