What a successful competition day it was yesterday at Ikaalinen Open Poomsae 😍🥋

This year actually marks my 20th year practising taekwondo and that is a sign of a great dedication to this sport, that is incredibly dear to me❤️🥋

I managed to grab 3 gold medals from poomsae🙌🎉
🥇 in Individual poomsae 🥇in pair poomsae with Ville and 🥇in women’s group with Miia Siutila and Laura

I was super happy with all the performances and the results🙏
Eventhou the prep didn’t go as planned at all this time, me being sick the whole week before competition.

Thank you for a nice competition, cheering and such a good athmosphere at the competition😎🥋

Let’s continue the work☺️💪🦶

Kiitos paljon⭐️🙌🤩

Yesterday was a fun and great day at German Open Poomsae competition in Hamburg🤩 🇫🇮We got bronze 🥉with our team and I finished 9th in the individual category out of 21 woman. It was amazing to get the feeling of big international competitions and high level of competition again after so many years of break. 😎 I also really much enjoyed to meet some many lovely taekwondo players after a long time! Can’t wait for the next tournament 😍
