First and foremost, we give all glory, honour, and praise to Almighty God for His unwavering blessings, guidance, protection, and support throughout the planning and successful completion of the Asena Fugawai Memorial One-Day Volleyball Tournament. Without His grace, this event would not have been possible.

On behalf of the Organising Committee, we extend our heartfelt appreciation to our hardworking committee members whose dedication, commitment, and countless hours of preparation ensured the success of this tournament. A special vinaka vakalevu to our Tournament Director Josaia Mateitoga , Games Director Akesa Delai , Head of Catering Jope Turuva , Table Officials Chicah Latianara Rolz Roravudi Toutou , and everyone who worked tirelessly behind the scenes before and during the event. Your sacrifices and teamwork did not go unnoticed.

To all our referees, lines, scorers, and officials, thank you for your professionalism, dedication, and commitment throughout the day. Your willingness to serve from the opening whistle until the grand finals helped make the tournament exciting, fair, and successful.

We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to The Fishers Event Specialist and Family for their generous sponsorship of tents, tables, and chairs.Our Uluibau Family providing Electricity for the day and the Fiji Airport Limited for their facilities in Natali Courts . To every team that travelled from Naitasiri, Nakasi, Kinoya, Raiwai, Nadroga, Lautoka, Vatuwaqa, and to all our volleyball family here in Nadi, thank you for your participation, sportsmanship, and support. Your presence made this tournament a memorable celebration of volleyball and friendship.

Please be informed that the tournament rules, bylaws, and draws for this week's one-day tournaments are now available.

The draws, tournament rules, and program will be released tomorrow.

A reminder to all teams that have not yet fully paid their registration fees: the final payment deadline is 12:00 pm (midday) on Thursday, 16 July.

Any team that has not completed payment by the deadline will forfeit its spot, and the place will be offered to another team.

Remember its a one day tournament time is really important.

Any team that fails to complete their registration by the deadline will forfeit their spot, and it will be offered to teams currently on the waiting list.

Round One Complete – Thank You, Lord! 🙏🏽💙💛

Our Golden Jets Men's Netball Team went down in the semi-finals to Nawaka, with the final score 46–41. Congratulations to Nawaka on the well-deserved victory, and we wish them all the best in the final.

Although we fell short of our goal, we are incredibly proud of our boys for their determination, teamwork, and fighting spirit throughout Round One. Every game has been a learning experience, and we will come back stronger.

A heartfelt thank you to the Nadi Netball Association for successfully organizing and concluding Round One. We appreciate the effort and commitment of the officials, volunteers, supporters, and everyone who made the competition possible.

Above all, to God be all the glory. Thank You, Lord, for Your guidance, protection, strength, and countless blessings throughout this journey. We trust in Your plans as we continue to work hard and prepare for the next challenge.

What an incredible journey it has been at the Senibici Volleyball Tournament held at the National Netball Centre.

First and foremost, all glory and honour to Almighty God for His guidance, protection, and abundant provisions throughout our journey. Without Him, none of this would have been possible.

We are truly honoured to have represented Nadi as the only team among the 42 men's teams competing in this prestigious tournament. It was a privilege to showcase our talents on one of Fiji's biggest volleyball stages.

We are grateful to have qualified for the elimination rounds and progressed all the way to the quarterfinals, finishing among the Top 8 teams in Fiji. This is an achievement that every member of the Golden Jets family can be proud of.

Although our campaign came to an end against our own brothers from Team Avengers, one of the strongest teams in the Suva Association, we leave with our heads held high. Congratulations to Team Avengers, and we wish them all the very best for the remainder of the tournament.

A heartfelt thank you goes to our hardworking committee for their commitment, sacrifices, and unwavering support behind the scenes. To our young boys, thank you for giving your all, playing with heart, and representing our team with pride, discipline, and determination. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed.

To our supporters, families, friends, and everyone who believed in us and cheered us on—thank you. Your encouragement inspired us every step of the way.

This is not the end of our journey. We will learn, grow stronger, and come back even better.
