2 h 30 d’entraînement le matin, 2 h 30 l’après-midi, non-stop.
À chaque session, j’étais la première arrivée et la dernière à repartir.
Le double de séries au renforcement musculaire (battle rope, pull ups and Thai abs) en raison de ma préparation au championnat du monde qui suivait.
Jour après jour. Séance après séance.
