Setting priorities for your job, creative work, free time, and personal and social life helps to improve productivity, find work-life balance, and distribute resources harmoniously.
We often face situations where, looking at the endless to-do list, we are overcome with anxiety or even fear when we think about how we will ever get everything done on time.
Many of us have probably tried a few time management measures, planning techniques and tools just to fulfill our obligations before a burning deadline. However, this kind of rushing often ends in procrastination or burnout.
Priority coaching sessions are not about acquiring yet another time management tool. The purpose is to elucidate the point of your activities, understand what is most important, and analyze your needs and goals.

You know the saying “the most insightful person in the room”? It’s about me.
I am an absolutely insightful person. This is one of my greatest values.
Not read and assimilated somewhere, but born of “my own thought”, originating from the boundless flow of information and passing through the filter of my experiences and perception.
I collect insights like others collect cars, stamps or rare coins. This is my greatest asset that I’m happy to share with anyone who wants to listen.
However, I don’t share for other people to live by my insights. I’d like my insights to ignite their thought apparatus so that they generate their own insights that are their personal truth, the truth of this moment.
With love,

The Insight Game
Anyone who knows me well knows how much I love insight.
It’s a fantastic activity, thinking until the boundless flow of thoughts yields a single thought that resounds with you – one that you won’t confuse with anything else because you definitely know that you’ve never heard it before.
However, I’ve long understood one thing – if you look at insights as creativity, the process itself will bring pleasure. But if you look at them as an absolute, unshakable truth, it will bring disappointment.
When a valuable insight comes to you, a day, a week or a month later, you may have another thought that will refute the first. And this will be your new truth.
Or an insight that is the opposite of yours will visit a person on the other side of the planet, and you’ll both feel very right, or that you’ve discovered something special.
This is why I never fight for my insights. Rather, I look at them only as creativity that can change at any moment, along with a changing personality.
With love,
Alma Jansen🤍

Is everything around me changing or am I changing?
Some time ago, I was very proud of being myself. It seemed like I had found my “true self” and that I’d never let it go. It took me a while to realize that I live in a constant state of transformation.
Today’s “true self” is different than it was yesterday. The versions of the nearly eight billion people living on earth today are different from the versions of yesterday’s eight billion people.
We live in a space of infinite variations, where the only stable thing is transformation. In the flow of transformation, things can go in any direction – anything can happen. And if anything can happen, I can be anything too.
Since transformation is unstoppable, there is nothing left but to accept it, while also accepting your own changing identity.

Don’t Judge a Book by Its Cover
I once asked a friend what preconceptions he’d like to rid himself of. “Just looking at the surface,” he said, adding, “Looks can be deceiving, and I make this mistake a lot, only realizing later that I had already pigeonholed someone before even getting to know them. And then they turn out to be different than I thought.”
I encountered the saying “don’t judge a book by its cover” back when I was a little kid. I judged, and I was judged. When I was six, I started playing chess professionally. In just a few years, I had travelled to a lot of different countries competing in chess tournaments, bringing back a number of gold or silver medals and a whole stack of diplomas. The interesting thing is that many of my victories came pretty easily, because my opponents didn’t take me seriously. When this tiny blonde girl with naive green eyes sat down across from them, they’d relax and end up losing the game. They didn’t appreciate their opponent because they were misled by my looks.
Yet despite this experience, I still stereotype people myself sometimes, and like my friend, I’ve realized that I’d really like to do away with this preconception in my way of thinking.

The entire world and the lives of each and every one of us are governed by beliefs. The environment around us reflects exactly what we believe. And if the truth we believe in doesn’t make us happy, if life seems gloomy and wrong, then sometimes the only way to rediscover the joy of living is to let other people convince us that life is wonderful, and then we have our own truth to testify that it is.

Start sharing what you have with others now – donate at least one dollar to charity.
There are a lot of crowdfunding platforms online where people raise money to implement their creative projects or ask for help when they are in trouble.
Choose a person whose request resonates with you and donate at least a token amount. Or just give the old lady selling flowers in the street some spare change without taking anything for it.
Give it not because you feel sorry for her, but because by acting out of an abundant mindset, you feel a desire to share your abundance with an older, less financially well-off person.
This symbolic action will help you activate a consciousness of abundance and believe that you already have enough that you can share. By doing so, you will also help others believe that when help is most needed, it always comes into your life, and that money can reach you in the most unexpected ways, from people you don’t even know. What’s the point?
Remember: we get not what we want, but what we are. If we help others believe that wealth can come through other people and their kindness, one day someone will help us believe it.

Alma Jansen🧡
