Results after 6 months of training twice a week. Nationally ranked equestrian showed up with persistent pain along her right side a a result of being thrown off of and smashed into by 1,000lb horses. She was suffering and so was her riding.
To better understand the physiological demands of her sport I bought a book from Anatomy Trains that detailed into rider and horse biomechanics. Humans have co-evolved alongside horses and the emotional and biomechanical interplay between our two species is deep. Dressage horses are raw nerves- responsive to every movement their riders make. As we regenerated her posture and gait, her pain evaporated and her riding got better- improving her human biomechanics had a carry over result to equine biomechanics.
This simultaneously blows my mind and is what I have come to expect from FP. When someone takes responsibility for regenerating their biomechanics, it always has a carryover effect in the rest of their lives- the people (and animals) around them are positively affected by their improved functionality. This is how we create a better society.
