Welcoming the light 🌞

I’ve been a little quiet on here recently apart from to promote my band so I thought I’d introduce us properly with some bits from our most recent gig! We’ve got another gig in Nottingham this Friday and have just been shortlisted to play at YNOT… so things are happening- we will have music to share directly to your earbuds soon and can’t wait to release some of the many tracks we have written this past year! I never imagined I’d be playing in a band but when I think of my path thus far it’s kinda a natural progression! Here’s to qualifying later this year and making moves with Shoelace! 2/2. 2025. A year of firsts.
Born again and planted in a new earth,
Of settling in and figuring out.
First gig, first half marathon, first half of a life that’s really only just begun.
The rhythm has been steady spattered with fire works and moments of elation,
existing alongside a quiet sorrow that some cannot be there to witness these bits of life .

But what a blessing to be reminded of the joy.

So many steps.
Sunsets to die for and friendships to last a lifetime.
