Happy International Women’s Day! 💓

Just want to remind all us ladies out there that if you put your heart and mind into something, there is nothing you can’t do. Feeling empowered 🔥

What I did on this day:
It’s my long run day. Very rainy and windy so it wasn’t easy to find the motivation to do my long run. The rain is fine but the wind was fierce! However, with the right gears, everything will be alright 🤩. It’s all in the mind. Feeling empowered 🥰.

First 16km run in a long while (a flat run though). Felt good cardio wise but after 12km I started to feel a burning sensation on my toes so I had to slow down. Time to go to a podiatrist to check on my insoles. Still completed the targeted distance and feeling good after. Followed by a delicious vegan meal for lunch 🥰🏃🏼‍♀️.

Always fun exploring new cafés in Montpellier city with . There are tonnes of good cafés and restaurants here with very pretty settings, offering a wide varieties of cuisine. With the old stoned walls and architecture in the historic centre, it’s not difficult to find charming little corners to spend a beautiful sunny afternoon.

While I was living in Singapore, I would have to take a plane to enjoy this during a holiday. It’s now just a 15min walk away from home for me. Feeling blessed ❤️.

Back in the French trails! Definitely felt different running in hotter and rockier conditions. It’s good to train in all kinds of conditions. Lack of sleep the pass two nights makes good training too 🤣.
