When food use to control my life..
I use to have this idea that in order to change my body I had to eat “healthy” foods and any “bad” foods would ruin my goals
I didn’t even realize that labeling foods as good and bad was actually holding me back from losing fat and being able to build muscle
I would get on this kick of eating what I thought was super healthy foods, but then my friend would invite me out to dinner
I would literally get anxiety about going out to eat because I felt like eating out would ruin my hard work and progress
Sometimes I would cave and go out, enjoy cocktails and dessert, and I would feel SO guilty and punish myself for all the yummy foods I ate
It wasn’t until I realized my mindset was all wrong that I actually started to see my body transform
I finally understood and BELIEVED that there’s no good or bad food, simply more nutrient dense foods and less nutrient dense foods and it’s okay to include BOTH in your diet

Yes having great physical transformation photos is fantastic. But a lot of times we get so lost in the “right now”
As humans who live in a world of instant gratification we tend to look at.. which program or which coach can give me the best results in the shortest amount of time?
But we’re looking at it all wrong
We should be asking…which coach can give me results I can confidently sustain for the next 60 years on my own?
