Whirlwind few days in Paris.
Slide 2-6: Versailles - I’m convinced that these rooms were so enormous because the scale mimics the vastness of space we can access in deep meditation. They depicted guides and symbology perceivable when we enter that void.
Slide 7-12: Louvre.
Slide 8: Not much context about the artist here but doesn’t it look like the transitioning of the soul?
Slide 9: Nike of Samotrake
Slide 12: Women’s sacrifice
Slide 13+: Dior Museum
Slide 14: Christian Dior with his Astrologer and Fortune teller

✨ I’ve been a little quiet on here… but for good reason.
For the past few months, I’ve been deep in creation — turning 30 years of leadership (20 in corporate, almost 10 in transformation) into one potent, frequency-based tool for leaders like you.
🔥 It’s here: The 7 Frequencies of Leadership

Where culture meets creativity — and legends remind us that passion doesn’t age.

On December 31, 2020, I got a tattoo I had promised myself for years.
When my daughter was little, she used to call me “Mama Swan.”
I told myself I’d etch that memory into my skin (I live in Portland, OR after all) before she became a teenager and started calling me... well, other things.
The pandemic year turned out to be a hidden gift for our family.
For one whole year:
- I didn’t have to pick her up early from school because of a panic attack.
- She wasn’t forced to “keep up” with peers or push through her pain to fit in.
- She got to heal. To rest. To be safe.
We were both always home.
And her nervous system finally had the space to regulate.
That’s when I got the soaring swan inked into my skin.
To remind us both: safety is what allows wings to spread.
If your nervous system has been in fight or flight, if you’ve been holding your breath or bracing for what’s next…
The 5-Day Breathwork Reset (Aug 25–29) is a gentle, science-backed, deeply powerful way to return to safety in your body.

I’ve been feeling so sick for the last couple of days.
After two months of being constantly on the go, go, go … my body said: Enough!
So I’ve been resting for the last two days. Just now I was curious to play a little with these cards. They are beautiful but I’m not as familiar with them yet.
But here’s what emerged:
Three flames rise in the dusk of empire—
One of law, one of truth, one of the voice unchained.
He who cloaks himself in gold shall find it heavy to bear.
And in the hush after battle, the stars speak plainly.
What has been hidden will be seen.
What has been owned will be reckoned.
And the throne made of sand will return to sea

The old leadership playbook is crumbling.
And yet… most companies are still clinging to it.
They’re trying to fix a broken culture with more strategy.
Trying to ignite innovation with burnout leadership.
Trying to make it “great again” with the same outdated tools.
But here’s the truth:
The operating system of the planet has changed.
We’ve moved from a logic-first, control-based model…
…into a new paradigm rooted in intuition, empathy, and emotional wisdom.
But the old model isn’t going down without a fight!
(If you’re a healthy sceptic, ponder this: While people have always made decisions emotionally, they still consulted data, research and numbers. Now they make decisions (or vote) based on their feelings. ... if that isn’t indicator enough, what is?)
This isn’t about soft vs strong.
It isn’t about men vs women.
It’s about real power—and how it works now.
In my latest blog, I break down:
🔹 Why traditional leadership is failing
🔹 What’s changed since the pandemic
🔹 How to lead with empathy and intuition
🔹 Why feminine-coded leadership is the new edge
This is for all visionaries who feel the shift…
…and are ready to lead it.

Lead from Her(e). It changes everything.

A study found that 𝟭 𝗶𝗻 𝟱 𝗰𝗼𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗽𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘀—the same rate as prisoners.
It’s disturbing, but not surprising.
We’ve spent decades in a leadership system that rewards detachment over depth. Power over presence. Performance over people.
But that system? It’s crumbling.
Here’s why:
The operating system of the planet has changed.
We’re shifting from a masculine-coded world (structure, control, hierarchy) into a more feminine-coded one (intuition, empathy, connection).
The leaders of this new era?
They’ll be heart-led.
Human-first.
Visionary, not just strategic.
That’s what I mean when I say:
Lead from Her(e). It changes everything.
Because the future of leadership isn’t more hustle.
It’s deeper alignment.

Full circle moment in Tucson.
We’re visiting potential colleges in Arizona—and I suddenly found myself retracing old steps.
Forty years ago, my father pretended to emigrate to Tucson. He set up a PO Box, told everyone he’d left Germany… all to dodge child support.
Now here I am, decades later, walking those same streets with my daughter. Staying for a few nights. Taking in the desert beauty. Contemplating the future.
And realizing… wow. Life really comes full circle.
That time in my life was confusing. Ridiculous, really.
Just like right now feels for so many of us.
But here’s what I know:
This too shall pass.
Better days are ahead.
If we keep believing in ourselves, our path, and the bigger picture.
If you’re in a season of chaos or fear, you’re not alone.
There are tools that help: like Breathwork and meditation.
I’ve started hosting a free daily Breathwork space for visionaries, creatives, and sensitive souls who want to stay grounded while navigating big things.
DM me if you want in. It’s gentle, powerful, and truly life-giving.

Nobody prepares us for this.
We’re taught how to climb the ladder, gain skills, and chase success.
But what about the internal shifts that happen along the way?
At every stage of our careers, we experience identity shifts—and they shake our confidence more than we expect.
✨ From intern to paid professional
✨ From team member to manager
✨ From employee to entrepreneur
✨ From independent woman to working mother
✨ From creative leader to… wondering what’s next?
And yet—nobody prepares us for the tension, self-doubt, and reinvention these transitions demand.
👉 No wonder confidence fades instead of growing.
Swipe through this carousel to see the hidden identity shifts of women leaders—and why we often lose confidence as we rise.
💬 Which of these shifts have you experienced?
🚀 Save this for later & share with a woman leader who needs this today.

The Dalai Lama said it in 2009:
The world will be saved by the women of the west.
Not by one hero. Not by one savior.
But by a collective of women, Sheros who are already shedding the old ways—
-> The old way of success.
-> The old way of business.
-> The old way of what it means to have a career.
Women who know that power is not something we wait to be handed.
Women are no longer just fighting for a seat at the table but building empires.
Women who are breaking away from the herd and building their careers, their businesses, their lives—on their own terms.
Even when it’s scary.
Even when it’s uncertain.
Even when the path has never been walked before.
I see these women every day. I coach them. I am in containers with them. I am mentored by them.
They listen to the voice within, follow their calling, and create a future that is more aligned, more expansive, and more powerful than the one they were told to accept.
And they go ahead and teach others to do the same.
Today, on International Women’s Day, I want to honor a few of the women who inspire me to think bigger, do better, and lead with heart and conviction in no particular order:
✨ Samantha Skelly
✨ Dr. Claire Zammit
✨ Françoise Everett Everett
✨ Heather Cvitkovic Cvitcovich
✨ Aneta Ardelian Kuzma
✨ Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez
✨ Adria Kitchens
✨ Laura Jordhen
✨ Isabela Gasparini
✨ Nasreen Sheikh
✨ Lisa Vioni
✨ Kim Parker
✨ Michelle M Rose
✨ Rose Mukherjee
✨ Dr. Sue Morter
✨ Britta Cabanos
✨ and so, so, so many more!!!
Who are the women who inspire you? Let’s celebrate them today.
Tag them.
Lift them up.
Honor them.
Because when one woman rises, we all rise. 💜
