SO YOU THINK YOUâRE IN A CALORIE DEFICIT? â¨
This post is written with love from someone that has done ALL of the things listed in this post đ¤đť
Because the extra handful of cheese or eating off of your boyfriendâs plate doesnât seem like a big deal in the moment. Itâs probably only 2 minutes of your entire week.
And that 2 minutes might only cost you 100 calories.
But if it happens multiple times per week? Suddenly, it costs you a lot more.
For me, it was the extra spoonful of biscoff spread straight into my gob. You donât even realise that youâre doing itâŚ
And a diet doesnât have to be perfectly executed to work. But it SHOULD work.
And if itâs not, you might need to look at what youâre not tracking as well as what you are tracking.
This is where a coach can be incredibly useful.
Not to judge you.
But to help you spot patterns and challenge existing behaviours that are holding you back.

CLIENT WIN STRAIGHT FROM THE GROUP CHAT â¨
A lot of ladies that come into my coaching team don't want an insane transformation, they just want to lose a bit of body fat and feel better.
They want to feel better in their jeans.
They want to feel a bit more confident day-to-day.
They want to hold themselves taller.
As women in our thirties, we're used to measuring success in kilograms, dress sizes and former versions of ourselves.

HERE'S HOW I USE AI AS A FITNESS COACH â¨
If I were given a euro for every time someone (usually a man) has told me I should be using AI to scale my coaching business...
I probably wouldnât need to coach anymore. I'd be a rich lady living on a boat or something equivalent (I haven't thought that far ahead).
Not surprisingly, I became a coach because I actually wanted to COACH.
Not because I wanted to automate every conversation, outsource every thought or generate boring LinkedIn posts smattered with â
So donât come for me for not âoutsourcing" or "optimising".
I studied hard to get here, I failed multiple times, I took a massive pay cut, I failed some more...
But I pride myself on the fact that I'm qualified, I know how to listen, how to communicate and how to actually help people change their lives.
Maybe one day the robots will rule the world.
But Iâd still like to think there will still be a place for me because I didn't sacrifice my knowledge, experience or personality just to save 15 minutes a day.
Also, if AI starts replying to your 11pm âI accidentally ate an entire jar of peanut butterâ message with genuine warmth and care...
weâre probably all finished đđť

And that's on body recomposition.
The heavier you lift, the more muscle you build.
The more muscle you build, the more calories you burn at rest.
The more calories you burn at rest, the easier fat loss becomes.
The easier fat loss becomes, the better your insulin sensitivity.
The better your insulin sensitivity, the less fat your body stores.
The less fat your body stores, the lower your inflammation.
The lower your inflammation, the better your hormone balance.
The better your hormone balance, the more energy you have.
The more energy you have, the harder you train.
And the harder you train, the more muscle you build...

LETTER TO THE UNIVERSE ⨠PART TWO.
If youâre used to ticking boxes on paper but feeling completely unfulfilled in your real life, then it might be time to try a new approach.
Iâve been doing this since 2023 to level up my life, from my environment, to my love live, to my physiqueâŚ
The idea goes a little something like this.
1ď¸âŁ Write to the universe on a quarterly basis.
2ď¸âŁ Write in the present tense, as if itâs already yours.
3ď¸âŁ Align the letter with the full moon.
You literally can re-wire your brain like this.
Now, my letter from November 2025 was not a perfect success but it definitely wasnât a failure, either.
This might be the missing step to remedy the disconnection you feel, let me know (in three months time đ) if you give this a go!! â¤ď¸âđĽ
