Join me for a yogalates insipred mix class
We will work through yoga and Pilates exercises bringing in the magic circle and weights to stretch strengthen and tone
Then we focus on cool down stretch into a relaxed restorative pose where you get the chance to actively stretch and engage whilst relaxing and restoring your body and mind into calm
