Pourquoi les mouvements de la colonne vertébrale sont-ils importants ?
• Ils maintiennent la mobilité entre les vertèbres.
• Ils favorisent la santé des disques et des tissus conjonctifs.
• Ils réduisent les tensions inutiles dans le cou et le bas du dos.

Buddhist monks have left the safety of the temple to walk thousands of miles across America — step by step, breath by breath — carrying one simple yet urgent message: Peace begins within.
This is not a protest.
This is not a performance.
This is a living prayer in motion.
The monks aren’t pushing a political agenda. Instead, they invite everyone — regardless of background or belief — to reflect on what peace actually means in daily life:
• Kindness to strangers
• Empathy toward suffering
• Healing fractured relationships
• Bridging divides with understanding and care.
Each step is a reminder that real peace is practiced — in how we walk, speak, listen, and meet one another.
May their footsteps awaken something gentle and powerful in all of us.
Peace is not something distant or abstract — it begins with one’s own heart and mind. Mindfulness, compassion, and inner stillness are the foundations from which peaceful actions arise outwardly.

On Patanjali Yoga Sutra 1.2 — “Yoga is the cessation of fluctuations of the mind.”
Before sleep is one of the most powerful times to still the mind. The last thoughts determine the “flavor” of the subconscious during the night.
- Samskāras (mental impressions) grow where attention goes.
Whatever you focus on before sleep is “seeded” into the deeper mind.
- Ishvara Pranidhana – surrender to a higher order.
Evening is ideal for releasing control, easing into trust, and relaxing the will.
- Abhyāsa (consistent practice).
Positive thought before bed works only if repeated. This makes the mind a fertile ground.
• The mind settles into its deepest patterns during sleep.
• The last thought is the most powerful seed.
• The inner world shapes how you perceive, act, attract, and decide.
Manifestation is not magic—it’s mental shaping + aligned action.
your nervous system, subconscious, and morning behavior shift in harmony.
Solitude is not emptiness. It is spaciousness — the still lake where truth reflects itself clearly.
In the words of Patañjali, yogaś citta-vṛtti-nirodhaḥ — yoga is the stilling of the fluctuations of the mind.
And in that stillness, you remember who you are beyond your roles, beyond your past, beyond pain.
The most enduring union you can ever experience is the one between your soul and your higher self.
Nourish it daily. From this union, every other connection will flow in harmony and grace.
As it is, all is well.
The Earth is shifting… and so are we.
The storms, the quakes, the floods , The worldly chaos( Politics- Government- Relationship- Nature) — they remind us how deeply we are connected.
These aren’t just natural calamities — they are invitations.
To awaken. To return. To realign. 🌿
When the ground shakes beneath us,

My name Giselle not just as a teacher or practitioner, but as a woman who has walked through fire and found healing in the embers.
I am a Filipina mother, movement artist, and self-healer now based in the Basque region of France. My path has been shaped by years of studying yoga, energy healing, art, and the ancient wisdom of the body—but also by life itself: motherhood, heartbreak, solitude, and the slow rebuilding of a life aligned with truth.
After years of offering yoga and healing arts in the Netherlands, Philippines , France, I now return from a deep personal transformation.
This space is a reflection of the ongoing journey.
