St Albans 3 Brewers 10k run this morning with this lovely lot!
The run itself would have been lovely if we hadn’t of cycled 12 miles to get there and then 12 miles to get home… but the beer was worth it 😀 🍻🍺🏃🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️ well done ladies 🙌🥵🍺 xx
