Do you know your numbers?
• 1 in 3 adults in the UK have high BP
• 6 million people in the UK have high BP and don’t know it
Did you know that high blood pressure can lead to a variety of serious health problems, including heart disease, dementia and diabetes.
Generally, a good blood pressure score varies from 90/60 to 140/90. If your score falls below these numbers, your blood pressure is considered low. However, if your numbers are above this range, your blood pressure is high.
As we approach the end of ‘Blood Pressure UK’s know your numbers week’, our aim is to make people aware of the steps in which they can take to prevent high blood pressure by:
• MEASURING your blood pressure
• MODIFYING your lifestyle if necessary
• MANAGING your health
Feel free to check your numbers at the clinic!

Special day for one of our members today. Not only has she finished her degree but she also marks her 6 months membership with us 🎁
We wish you all the best for the future and your new career ✨
Unfortunately we've been robbined.
This morning Luke was sat waiting for his early morning Personal Training patient to arrive when in flew this little Robin through the open front door.
This certainly would have been one for You've Been Framed after Luke described how he did his best bird impression to usher the bird out of the building.
No birds were harmed during this process and our new service Personal Training for Birds will be up and running soon.
An absolutely unreal effort. 👏👏
So it's done, we made it from Conwy Castle to Cardiff Castle in 5 days 12 Hours. I set out with Little Harri's ashes and his two teddies in Friday not knowing what lay before us. My purpose was to take them on a journey through Wales and out of respect give him the journey he so much deserves. There where times I'd look up and ask for guidance and times I'd be shouting for god's sake help me out, but overall the experience having this honour to deliver him back to his parents will stay with me forever.
I thank you all for the support and over the next few days I will read every comment and feel so much love.
From someone that's been to a place he never thought he'd get out of to completing a challenge that didn't exist till Friday, I'm telling you to never give up and no matter how hard it gets perceiver because in the end something will work out.
Much love to you all ❤️
For Harri and all those that can't.
💪 We are heading into Week Four of our Summer Sports Camp and lots of our junior athletes are reporting improvements in their strength, stamina and performance.
⚽ And it's not too late to get your child involved - we have spaces available on this week's sessions - book yours online now at our website.
Thankfully the road linking Hirwaun to penywaun has now reopened. Thank you to all of those patients from the West that have had to adjust their travel to reach us.
⭐UPDATE: The A4059 has now reopened.
Our planned work in this location has been completed sooner than expected, and we have been able to reopen the road ahead of schedule.
Thank you for your ongoing patience during the construction works.
