Ok, looking for some feedback- as we all know the football is on Wednesday clashing with our usual circuit training classes. Looking to see who would still be interested in attending and if circuits or spinning is more suited for you.

What an excellent circuit class tonight!!! Half hour non stop running on the tough streets of Cwmaman and half hour of full on resistance training all utterly funked afterwards but loved every bit well done both of us

Good circuit class tonight really seeing the fitness improve on the class. Any one got any spare gym equipment (Floor mats, fit balls, dumbells etc. ) if you don't use them and want to donate them to a local class for others to use it will be gratefully received thank you

2 classes in 1 evening tonight it starting to pick up. Well done to new class members who started tonight did really well for first time keep it up :-)

Quiet class tonight so decided to take class out for a jog really please to see the fitness improvement of the members. Just goes to show how good spinning is to increase your fitness level. Bloody cold night to be in shorts and tshirt but at least I had my trusty wooly hat

Tonight's spin class is fully booked. Circuit class this Wednesday no need to book just turn up by 7.30 @ moriha aman chapel

Good class tonight 3 new members all did well considering they've not done spin before 1st one is the hardest it gets harder now tho ;-)

I started this page yesterday evening and it's had over 50 likes already thanks to everyone and all my friends for their support and a few kicks up the arse to get my classes up and running :-D XX
