We are making a substantial investment with a view to providing more padel, the introduction of futsal (and other hard court surface sports), a viewing gallery and two function rooms, all while preserving two of the football pitches. By removing unused and storage space, the combined playing area will increase significantly.

The main aim is to get more people using the facility on a regular basis.

We are targeting completion of the works for Friday 1st May. Naturally there will be some disruption during April (more detail to follow as receive it in the coming weeks) but we hope our customers see that investing in and upgrading the facility is a very positive step forward.

The LTA tournament at Strikers today saw 8 couples competing. Winners were Calum Ruxton and Will James beating Paul and Finlay Doney in the final.
