The lads came back into action after our first league defeat on Thursday against Golden Tee 3-1

We came up against fellow newbies Stornoway Society FC today.

The match was pretty even for the full 90 minutes but luckily enough the grays boys showed and played a 100% and managed to secure the win 2-1 the grays

Today we took on CR FC in the Gavin Robertson cup quarter final. It was always going to be a tough game as they knocked us out first round of Jim lumsden cup in pens. And a 2-2 draw in the league

Going forward the lads started off well with being on the high press from the start creating chances early in the game CR then got a rhythm going and started battling was a really good game but the boys wanted it more and made a great result.

The lads came up against Aberfield FC lastnight for the last main league fixture before the league splits.

The lads started off a little scrappy but didn’t take long before they settled the nerves and started playing good football. It wasn’t an easy game Aberfield fc kept battling on keeping the grays on their toes. Finally managed to get some balls in to the net by far the best strike in Sunday league history from Euan Walker with a 50 yard shot in the bottom of the net after the keeper fumbled it.

Final score 4-0 Grays 🟢⚪️
