Well done to our two current U8 players of the week, Lexi & Evie! Lexi did great with her dribbling and turns at training and played well in her first festival. Evie had a great attitude at training and did excellent shooting. well done girls! 👏🏻⚽️

After a late night staying up to watch Scotland beat Haiti, the U10 Whites showed there was still plenty of energy left in the tank as we travelled to Stonehaven on Sunday morning!

The team put in a fantastic performance and did a brilliant job of taking on board the messages from the coaches throughout the game. It was great to see the girls growing in confidence and working hard for each other.

There was plenty of attacking football on display and lots of goals from both teams, making it a really entertaining game for everyone watching. Most importantly, it was played in a great spirit and provided another valuable learning opportunity for all players involved.

A huge thank you to Stonehaven for a competitive and enjoyable game. We wish them all the best for the rest of the season.

U12 Reds had an away game at Westdyke yesterday evening. Really close game, hard fought. Good football on a bumpy pitch from both sides. Well played Reds, and best of luck to Westdyke for remaining games.

U10 Whites player of the week at training this week was Amber. We played a short adults vs the girls game where Amber played really well and managed to tackle her dad. He denies this but we’re only stating the facts! 😂
Amber also had her shooting boots on and scored some powerful goals later on in the evening. She always gives her best effort and tonight was no different. Well done Amber!

Aberdeen U14s suffered a hard-fought 2-3 defeat to Grampian in a testing midweek league match. Torrential rain and a pitch that could have done with a mow and marking, which made conditions tough.

Aberdeen started brightly as Jess played Ellie through to score within the opening minute.Aberdeen continued with some good play in the midfield by Jess allowing Savannah to get a shot on target that was saved by the keeper and out for a corner. Savannah whipped in a great ball from the corner which Ellie struck well but the keeper saved again.

Grampian equalised following a defensive mix-up, then quickly added a second to take the lead. Aberdeen responded before half-time when Savannah followed up an Abi shot to make it 2-2. Just before the break, a dubious penalty was awarded to Grampian, but Aberdeen keeper Dakota pulled off an amazing diving save to her right to keep the scores level going into half time.
The second half began slowly for both sides. Grampian capitalized on a poor defensive clearance to take a 2-3 lead. Despite a strong push and pressure from Aberdeen in the final 10 minutes, they were unable to find the equaliser.
