And that’s a wrap on our league games this season! 👏🏏

So, so proud of us for coming 3rd in our league! Considering last year was our first season going into league, and we then got promoted into Division 4 against some fantastic opposition, it definitely wasn’t easy! We took some losses along the way, but to end up here is a fantastic achievement 👏

The girls have worked so hard, and the improvement throughout the season has been amazing! Proud of every single one of you! ❤️

A big shoutout to Ruby Knapp, who came 3rd in the division for wickets taken! (Pretty sure it would’ve been a lot more if all those catches had been recorded too! 😂👏)

A massive thank you to our captain Chelsea Scriven and vice captain r u b y for another amazing season!! And of course, to all the girls who showed up every game and gave it their all, you are all amazing! 👏🏏

🏏6️⃣💥| BLAINA 6 A SIDE SMASH

It’s that time of the year again…
Blaina Cricket Club are hosting our Bank Holiday Six a Side Smash on Sunday 30th August at Central Park!

Following the success of the event in recent years, we are running it back. Join us on bank holiday weekend, for some cricket fun - the bar will be open, there’ll be plenty of music and a BBQ (Cash Only).

Rules:
- 6 players per team. £30 entry.
- Only 1 cricketer (currently playing) allowed.
- Every player bowls apart from wicketkeeper.
- 5 overs per innings.
- 6 teams in competition, 2 groups of 3.
- Cup and Plate Finals

Prizes:
CUP - £100
PLATE - £30 entry fee back
