Stop guessing. Start progressing. 💪

One of the biggest mistakes I see in the gym is people lifting the same weight, for the same reps, week after week… and wondering why nothing changes.

Try this simple method:

✅ Pick a weight you can lift for 6 good-quality reps.
✅ Each week, aim to add 1 rep while maintaining good form.
✅ Once you reach 12 reps, increase the weight and go back to 6 reps.
✅ Repeat.

This is called progressive overload – one of the most effective ways to build muscle, get stronger, and improve your results.

Remember, perfect technique always comes before heavier weights.

Weight loss jabs and pills can be effective tools for some people, especially when prescribed and monitored appropriately. But they’re often misunderstood, and they’re not a replacement for building healthy habits.

Here are a few things worth knowing:
