Stop guessing. Start progressing. đŞ
One of the biggest mistakes I see in the gym is people lifting the same weight, for the same reps, week after week⌠and wondering why nothing changes.
Try this simple method:
â
Pick a weight you can lift for 6 good-quality reps.
â
Each week, aim to add 1 rep while maintaining good form.
â
Once you reach 12 reps, increase the weight and go back to 6 reps.
â
Repeat.
This is called progressive overload â one of the most effective ways to build muscle, get stronger, and improve your results.
Remember, perfect technique always comes before heavier weights.

There was a time when walking into a gym felt overwhelming to me.
