Here's a short promo video I made for a Tommy Hilfiger and Mercedes-Benz collaboration featuring Rahul Patel (model).

It was a pleasure to be involved in this project and even better to be filming it in Wales 🏴󠁧󠁒󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

The filming was spread out over two days and the locations we filmed at were Elan Valley, Snowdonia and Port Meirion. Looking forward to getting involved in more projects like this is the future!

Yesterday we toured the temples πŸ™Œ
It involved flying around Bangkok in a Tuk Tuk wearing funky fat pants!
This place (The grand palace) was incredible, would definitely recommend going if your going to Bangkok!
Got some good footage so far! Just finishing off editing the vlogs, first one will be up soon 🎬@ceri

Well... we had an awesome welcome to Bangkok! Watching a lighting storm from a rooftop pool was an unreal experience πŸ‘Œ
We've had about 3 hours sleep last night which is not ideal but... it's time to go exploring again today!! Already in love with this place 😁 @ceridaviesx

Banana Protein Oat Pancakes

Ingredients:
- 100g oats
- 1 egg
- 1 banana
- Scoop of whey protein
- honey
- fruit of choice

Method:
1) Blend oats until finely ground
2) Add banana, egg, whey and blend
3) Add water until correct batter consistency
4) Fry up in coconut oil
5) Add the fruity ting and decorate with honey πŸ‘Œ

The meat of upper trap building is actually done through the trap having to stabilise the shoulder joint in a stretched position.
This is done when performing lifts like the deadlift or rack pull where the tension under load is huge.

It's probably also a good idea to include some shrugging movements e.g sn**ch grip barbell shrugs, plate shrugs or DB shrugs as well but don't prioritise these over your heavy lifts!
P.S is it even possible to shrug without pulling obserd facial expressions?

Really grown fond of these over the past few months.. I feel the mind muscle connection you can get is on another level!
Keep the movement nice and controlled and emphasise the stretch then squeeze the s**t out of the contraction πŸ’ͺ

Rear delt cable flies - Its a good idea to hit a couple of sets of rear delts as frequently as possible!
This is one muscle that is shown consistently to be under utilised in comparison to the other two deltoids. Bodybuilding is all about symmetry and building a complete physique so don't neglect these Lil guys πŸ’ͺ

When on holiday/travelling sometimes it's nice to have some time off the gym! But if it's for a prolonged period of time or you still want to train, it is still possible even without access to a gym πŸ’ͺ
Get creative, use heavy objects, resistance bands and your body weight! You'd be surprised how much of a workout you can have.
If you're struggling to find sufficient weight, use a metabolic stress style of training and go for reps, approaching failure on each set and keep rest times short.

As a natural, when cutting you can often feel skinny and depleted compared to your pumped up glycogen riddled self!
This is completely normal unfortunately πŸ™„
Muscle loss can be made minimal as long as you don't rush things, trust the process and keep on going πŸ’ͺ

Try out this Omni set with lat pulldowns. Pick a weight that you can do for 8 reps wide at 9 RPE and go as wide as you can. On the second set use the same weight with a slightly closer grip for 10 reps and on the third set use a closer reverse grip for 12 reps. The theory behind this is that as you fatigue throughout the sets, the alternation in grip brings in different muscle groups (more bicep activation) which will assist lifting the same load πŸ’ͺ

After over a month off social media I'm back.. its time to get lean 😎
You can get so caught up in social media these days, it's hard to know what's real and what's not! People value a "double tap on a screen" off someone they don't even known more than they do an opinion of a friend!

Sometimes it's a good idea to have a break βœ‹οΈas apposed to spending hours procrastinating about how many likes your going to get, go and spend some time with family, friends and the ones who really mean something to you because social media is always going to be there, they might not be..

Overhead triceps extensions:
The tricep is made up of 3 heads hence the word "tri" at the start πŸ’ͺ
The long head that runs along the back of the arm crosses two joints both the elbow and the shoulder.
In order for a muscle to go through full contraction it must be stretched - the long head of the tricep because it crosses the shoulder joint is only fully stretched with your arms overhead.
So basically if you want to build and all round thick tricep make sure your including overhead work πŸ‘
