Welcome to the sub 19 club!! πŸ’ͺ🏼πŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈ 180Cadence athlete raced a packed field on Wednesday evening at the Alchester 5k, finishing with a new PB of 18:57. Super proud of her achievements and her dedication to training, as we build her towards her goal of sub 3 hours at the πŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈ

Congratulations to athlete for finishing 1st female at the highly competitive Didcot Five Mile Race hosted by . Coach gave Katherine a very specific race plan, and she executed it to perfection! πŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ’ͺ🏼

Since coming back from recent injury, Katherine has been following a tough training plan to prepare her for short and long distance racing, and today showed she's making fantastic progress. πŸ₯‡

Next up is a speed block of training to get Katherine ready to race again in 4 weeks time. πŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈ
