Iβm so excited to share the updated Pilates with Hols timetable for the new year - including brand new classes in East Hendred and Sunningwell starting in January!
Join my small group classes designed to help you Align β’ Breathe β’ Move - all taught by me, a certified Body Control Pilates teacher. Each class has a maximum of 12 people, so youβll get plenty of personal guidance and attention to your movement.
