Carbs Are Not the Enemy 🍞⚡
Carbohydrates have been unfairly blamed for weight gain for years, but the truth is — carbs are your body’s main source of energy. They are not what “makes you fat.” Eating more calories than your body needs over time is what leads to weight gain.

Think of carbs as fuel:

Choosing slower-digesting carbs like oats, rice, potatoes, wholegrain bread, fruit, and vegetables can provide steady, slow-release energy throughout the day instead of quick spikes and crashes.
Cutting carbs too low can often leave people:

Truth is, there isn’t one “perfect” split for everyone.

🏋️♂️ Upper/Lower or mixed splits — great for balancing training and recovery
Personally, my favourite is training 2 muscle groups per session, usually across 3–4 days a week. It works best for MY schedule, recovery, and goals.
