As much as the influencers you follow online want you to believe - There are no Magic pills, Powders, Ketone supplements, Freeze treatments etc to success. The 2kg that Karen lost in her first week of her juice diet is not body fat, it’s fluids! The reason most overweight people have had many periods of temporary weight loss throughout their life, without sustained success is down to the wrong method and approach - Not their metabolism or genetics.
Unless you have a surgery to physically remove the fat stored in your body, the answer will continue to be what it always has been - creating a calorie DEFICIT. Consuming less, outputting more, or ideally a combination of the two.
The key here is not MOTIVATION, HOW BAD DO YOU WANT IT, BEAST MODE etc as many narrow minded trainers will lead you to believe. It’s an individualised approach taking into account the individuals circumstances; Lifestyle, Injury history, Hormones, Likes and dislikes....

MUSCLE ACTIVATION.
Struggling to build sleepy muscle groups?
Everybody has more dominant muscle groups these are known as muscle imbalances.
Some of the most common offenders are males struggling to build their chest, and females struggling to build their backside.
After we have performed our initial assessment we can see right away which areas of the body you have a poor connection with and therefore will struggle to build. Our coaches then program specific muscle activation movements, followed by the correct exercise order and selection to ensure you can finally create a healthy athletic injury free body.

The Battle of fat loss,
All comes down to this simple equation. However creating the difference in these two numbers known as a ‘Deficit’ can be much more complex.
5 priorities we start all new ICAN clients with to help them create this deficit are...
1. Stay well hydrated - aim for 2-4l of filtered water daily.
2. Increase fibrous veg intake - 3-5 cups of green veg will provide vital nutrients to help prevent hunger.
3. Prioritise whole natural calories - even if you go off plan, ensure they are not heavily processed foods and you will eat much less.
4. Increase NEAT - (Non exercise activity thermogenesis) all the daily movement you do outside of any gym session. 8 Thousand steps per day is a good start point.
5. Get STRONG - Building up your metabolism is the easiest way to ensure your body is burning more calories even when you are not on the go.
