Woke up at 6.30am to try and head out before it got too hot.. it had just hit 27 degrees by the time I ran but so here for jt. ☀️

The last five years have been a constant transformation 💪🏼
Not just by look physically, but in my mental health, my happiness, strength, my overall health and just my life in general.
Truly grateful for making that change 5/6 years ago.. I could have spent the last five years giving 100’s of excuses why it wasn’t possible.. but I knuckled down and really changed my life.
Now I get to show women that it’s possible & how to do the same.
To become the best version of themselves, grow in confidence and see a different side to their lifestyle on a whole. 🫶🏼
Nothing worth having comes easy & nothing is impossible, it just depends how much you want it.👀

Making small changes go a long way, here’s TEN weeks progress from one of my amazing online clients 🔥
With a busy schedule and my client being stuck in a bad cycle with food. We worked on making small changes to her diet, her lifestyle and activity which was sustainable.
She worked so hard on following guidance, making little changes and staying as consistent as possible.
I think it’s important to teach women how to make lifestyle changes that not only help you achieve physical results but improve relationships with food, but also understanding the difference this can make to someone emotionally, mentally and to their overall health.
Fantastic work and results like this make me feel SO proud. 🚀👏🏼

It’s giving, tourist ✌🏼
I remember a time I couldn’t handle running up the stairs let alone 12 rounds on pads.😂
A little glimpse of today’s session with 🥵 So good to see little improvements as well as looking back & recognising what I need to work on. 👀
Giving it my all (with still enjoying a little life along the way) to improve in my training even more this year, push out of my comfort zone & honestly overall feeling my absolute best.
