We have been busy working behind the scenes as we prepare to embark on the next stage of our funding application process, in order to help us have the best possible chance of success we need our local community to get involved and participate in our short online survey.

Competition Time!

Today we launch our Logo contest, inviting members of our local community to create a logo for our Vale of Leven Community Sports Hub Project.

It's important that our community is engaged every step of the way in our plans so who better than someone local to create our logo.

Here are some ideas to get you started.
Loch Lomond Rugby Club

We need it to represent the groups involved in the project the Millburn Trust, Cricket, Football and Rugby Club.

It should be fully inclusive representing all genders, all abilities and age groups.

It can be hand drawn, created on a computer, as long as it's eye catching we don't mind.

So get your creative hats on and let's see what you've got. There is a £50 Amazon voucher for the winner, all entries must be in by midnight on 16th February 2024. Any entries submitted after this won't be accepted. The entries will be judged by representatives from each of the clubs.

To be eligible to participate you need to live in West Dunbartonshire.

Along with your full name, age and contact details, if you are submitting on behalf of a minor (under 18) then please include your own details also.

Any images submitted will be shared between the group and may feature on our socials so if you send one in your consenting to us using it!.

Welcome to the home of the Vale of Leven Community Sports Hub.
We are a new organisation that currently consists of Vale of Leven Football Club, Loch Lomond Rugby Club, Vale of Leven Cricket Club and The Milburn Trust. We are working together to realise our ambition of improving the facilities at Milburn Park in Alexandria.

The project aims to deliver a new, thriving community and sport hub for the people of Alexandria, Bonhill and the surrounding Vale of Leven area providing a new home for a variety of local clubs and provide a space for other community groups to meet, socialise and deliver activities from.

Working together we know we can create something special but we can't do it alone, so we are looking for the support of the local community to help us achieve our potential.
