Something happened this week that made me smile and my heart burst ....
Claire our fantastic MT teacher is also the face of Music Bugs Stirling who this week created the very first Music Bugs Live held at the Tolbooth, Stirling. It was an incredible success and huge congratulations to Claire for her vision and passion.
What was so lovely was that Elisha Black, and Cairstegena Scotland, two of our lovely passionate dance teachers were there to support and help out.
In my heart, I have always known that our dance team was incredible ... and the way that these two supported Claire was just an affirmation of everything that ABC stands for. My cup is full ❤️.

One of the questions we're asked most often is... 'Which dance class should my child start with?'
It's a brilliant question and honestly, there isn't one right answer.
Every child is different, and one of the joys of teaching is seeing children discover the style that makes them light up.
We've written a guide to help parents understand the different dance styles, common worries (including 'What if I choose the wrong one?') and why it's absolutely okay not to know where to start.

❤️ WELLNESS WEDNESDAY ❤️
Paying attention is a choice ... I know sometimes I look like I am paying attention, but I'm actually day dreaming or thinking of things that are on my mind. 💭
What are you paying attention to? What are you not noticing?
Take a walk down the road and make a decision to become hyper aware of what your attention is drawn to. 👣 Notice everything that you notice along the way. Now direct your attention to what you have not been noticing. 👀 What has escaped your attention so far? Why might you have overlooked it?
Now, consciously decide what you focus your attention on as you walk. Notice how focused and detailed you become and how other things get blurred out. Think about areas of your life could benefit from your attention. What will you be focusing on in the next few days?

Why do senior dancers take part in Summer Dance?
Because it gives them something different from their weekly classes.
Across three structured days, dancers aged Grade 3+ get more time to focus on technique, try different styles, and develop their performance skills in a supportive environment.
It’s a great way to keep training consistent over the summer and continue building confidence and ability.

En Pointe | July 26 – Watching Week, Picnic in the Park, Elevate
We finished June on a real high, with a wonderful month of activity across the studio including Elevate sessions, Picnic in the Park, and Watching Week. It was fantastic to see so much engagement from dancers and families as we rounded off the term.
