🔴🔵HIGHLAND CHAMPIONSHIPS 2026🔵🔴

We had a great day at the Scotland Tang Soo Do Highland Championships yesterday.

The team all did amazing, taking themselves out of their comfort zone and representing the club, demonstrating the true spirit of Tang Soo Do.

Thank you to Master Scott Sweeney and SBN Maggie Sweeney for hosting a fantastic event. Also another massive thank you our team who didn't compete but who still came along and helped with table duties or even just coming along and supporting the team when they weren't able to compete themselves anymore. All you guys are a true asset to our team.

🥋Another fantastic competition is just around the corner!🥋

The British Championships 2026 will be held in Dagenham, and who doesn't love a Tang Soo Do road trip?

If the excitement of the Scottish Championships has left you wanting more, this is the perfect opportunity to test your skills, make new memories, and experience one of the biggest events on the Tang Soo Do calendar.

Better still, it's a great excuse for a trip south, with London right on your doorstep and plenty to see and do along the way.

Entry forms are now available, so it's time to start making plans.

Speak to your Instructor if you'd like to take part and be part of what promises to be an unforgettable weekend of competition, friendship, and martial arts spirit.

Another great event today! Well done to all competitors today. You all stepped on to the mat and represented yourselves and the club and you did brilliantly.

The atmosphere was amazing, everyone enjoyed themselves.
Remember that no matter the results today, you should all be incredibly proud of what you accomplished, I know I am!!

Push yourselves, make friends but more importantly have fun!

It doesn't matter if you come home with a medal, what matters is you step on the mat and take yourself out of your comfort zone.

🔴🔵outdoor training🔵🔴

Some students made the most of the weather and took training outdoors for some hyungs and Weapons work.
The rest of the class were working on some sparring ahead of the Scottish next week.

Well done for turning up and working hard in this heat. You were all smashing it. 👊🏻🫠🥋
