Thought I’d post a little bit of information about creatine supplementation… I have been taking it for about 6 months now and have found it really beneficial!💪 While commonly associated with benefits for athletes, and men…research suggests creatine can be a game-changer for women too:

On Sunday I joined forces with to educate women about their pelvic floor and abdominal health. Helping women to realise that these issues aren’t normal and there can be things that can be done to improve them. I was a lovely morning spent with some fab ladies! This workshop is for any mum wanting to learn more about pelvic floor and abdominal health after children. You will be given information and advice from a specialist women’s health physiotherapist including a practical section where you will be shown various exercises to strengthen and improve these areas.
After this there will be a group exercise session led by an experienced personal trainer where you will focus on strength based exercises and be a ‘Strong Mum’!
